A free service from Sammamish Mortgage - The #1 most trusted in the Pacific Northwest

Sammamish Mortgage sets the bar so high for other mortgage companies in terms of customer service and professionalism. Starting with the website, it is very informative and accurate. It allowed me to explore my options easily and disclosed all costs upfront; getting the daily rate email was so convenient to track not just the mortgage rates but also the lender costs. Jeannie was very patient with me and informative when we talked on the phone several times. She explained everything clearly and educated me about the factors that affect the Dept-to-Income ratio. Jeannie even worked with me for several weeks to make sure my DTI ratio is under the threshold for the lending system. In comparison, talking to other mortgage companies in my shopping exercise, they start very welcoming to gain my business but gave up quickly when they see my DTI may be a challenge. On the other hand, Jeannie was looking for my own benefit regardless if I work with Sammamish Mortgage or not. During the refinance process itself, every team member at Sammamish Mortgage was so professional and helpful, including Michael, Bernice, Trevor, and Ryan. Hopefully I didn't miss anyone but the whole team was awesome!

This was my fourth transaction using Sammamish Mortgage (2 purchases & 2 refinances) and I highly recommend them for fulfilling their commitments, being upfront and transparent throughout the process, and making the process as easy as it can be for the client. The rate structures rival the best available anywhere, and I like having a local company to work with.

Very good. The personnel did their homework to get the best interest rate that was good for us. Your group did everything that they said they would do for us on getting this loan. Everyone kept us in the loop on everything they were doing in loan process. Thank you very much for your hard work and we will recommend your company when asked about getting a mortgage.
